I loved working with my client to build this gorgeous 5,177 sq. foot spec home right in the heart of Sherman Oaks.  Soaring ceilings, and large windows perfectly situated flood the house with natural light and enhance the beautiful hardwood floors, and architectural details throughout.

The client was tempted to keep the house when we were done with it, but after receiving multiple offers immediately, he opted to sell it as planned and move on to our next project.

Meredith Baer Home did a beautiful job staging this masterpiece a perfect pairing of furnishings to make this beauty say, "welcome home!"
